CAWSTON PRESS:

A DELICIOUS DELIVERY

Cawston Press approached us to redefine its brand design as it prepared to sponsor England Cricket.

We developed the creative platform “A Delicious Delivery” — a unifying idea that connects the vibrancy of the brand with the spirit of the game, woven through every layer of the design system.

We reimagined the product itself as part of the story. Fresh-pressed rhubarb became the cricket stumps, while a cricket ball bounced across packaging, carrying the ‘delicious delivery’ message and doubling as the visual device for on-pack competitions.

To amplify the partnership, we introduced a distinctive ribbon device, seamlessly integrating the official England Cricket logo into the range — creating standout on shelf and clear brand association.

Across outer cases, we brought a playful, flavour-first aesthetic — bold, joyful and packed with personality. Even the cricket ball became part of the serve, transformed into a garnish.

The copywriting leaned into the theme with a light, witty tone:

· The drinks “keep you hitting sixes”

· Health credentials are confidently backed with “Howzat!”

· Cross selling was introduced as “Be bowled over by our other flavours”

For younger audiences, the kids’ fruit waters featured cricket-themed fun facts and jokes, extending the idea in an engaging and accessible way.

The Result: Cawston Press became the true “official drinks break partner” of the game — with the sponsorship brought to life across every touchpoint.

The campaign expanded the brand’s appeal, recruiting new fans across generations, and positioning Cawston Press as synonymous with refreshment during peak summer moments.

Cawston Press became worth stopping play for.
